No worries! You can always Pause or Resume your Saving Strategy. If you decide you don't want to save for your part(s) anymore, we can transfer the saved money towards a different part(s) or you can request a cash out.
Once you are logged in your account, click on "In Progress" and then "Pause" or "Resume" from the top navigation bar. If you're using a mobile device, tap on the dropdown menu located on the upper right hand corner, then tap on "In Progress", and then "Pause" or "Resume".
We make the security of your funds and information our top priority. Your bank information is never stored on our servers. Your money lives in a FDIC insured account (covered for up to $250,000). We also use the latest in SSL certificates to encrypt and safely store your sign up and shipping info.
Yup, it’s called “BOOST”, and it allows you to make either a Full or Partial one-time contributions towards an active Saving Strategy. The funds will be automatically debited from your default bank account, and it will take 2-3 business days to reflect in your HP Hero account.
This is currently in the works. Once the referral program is up and running, you will get $5 for every referred friend that signs up through your referral link and completes saving for their part(s) of $350 or more. There will be no limit to the amount of people you can refer.
A 2.9% service fee is included in the price of the part(s) you are saving for, this covers all money transferring fees and order processing.
Through ACH transactions, which is a standard process many financial institutions, apps, and platforms use. Keep in mind once a debit is requested, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for the money to clear from your bank account and credit towards what you are saving for in your HP Hero account.
Even if your bank already processed the transaction, it usually takes 3-5 business days for that money to reflect in your HP Hero account. Also keep in mind sometimes banks process transactions in batches, so you might see two or more contributions clearing in your bank account on the same day.
When linking a bank account you want to automatically debit from, it’s very important that you make sure it has enough funds or a constant stream of income coming in. HP Hero only knows from which account to make daily or weekly debits from, not how much is available in it.

You can cash out at anytime. Keep in mind a 10% cash out fee will be applied to the total saved money you would like to withdraw from your HP Hero account. It can take up to 10 business days for the money to be back in your bank account.
HP Hero will notify you once you have saved for your part(s) in full and we will place the order for you from the place you requested. Your part(s) will then be shipped to address you provided.
In the event that you need to return or exchange your product, we would follow the Return Policy of the retailer who fulfilled your order. Although return forms and return shipping labels are usually provided within your package, please be sure to Contact Us prior to sending your product back so that all necessary arrangements can be made on your behalf.
Not really. Most stores/shops that offer layaway plans don’t give you the flexibility to change your mind, plus you are locked to that one store/shop. With HP Hero, you are not limited to one store or shop, and you can pause, resume, or cash out at any time.
